10:00 am - 11:00 am	Country Coordinators’ Presentations Brief updates (5–7 minutes each) on the status of the GLOBE Program in each country.
11:00 am - 11:10 am	Virtual Coffee Break
11:10 am - 11:30 am	AP RCO Update Session Presentation on current regional initiatives, achievements, and a preview of future activities focused on advancing Earth System Science (ESS) and soil moisture data collection.
11:30 am - 12:00 pm	Collaboration Session with Yashraj Patil, GLOBE GISN Scientist Showcase how GISN tools can support soil-moisture and other Earth System Science data collection.
12:00 pm - 12:30 pm	Panel Discussion & Q&A Open discussion on the vision for integrating ESS with GLOBE activities and exploring future opportunities.

Collaborative Planning & Roadmap Development

09:00 am - 09:15 am	Recap & Overview Brief recap of Day 1 and introduction of Day 2 objectives.
09:15 am – 10:00 am	GLOBE Website Update and Training Presentation by Cornell Lewis, Web Project Manager, DIS on new features, updates, and future improvements
10:00 am – 10:30 am	GLOBE Working Group Reports Presentations from of each Working Group member from AP Region (Rod, Joy, Neil & Joan - 4 members, 5-7 minutes each)
10:30 am – 10:40 am	Virtual Coffee Break
10:40 am – 11:30 am	Interactive Session: Aligning GLOBE with ESS & NISAR In-depth discussion on how GLOBE programs can align with ESS priorities and the NISAR mission, including technical and logistical considerations. (Dr. Anup Das- Confirmation Awaiting)
11:30 am – 12:00 pm	Collaborative Planning Workshop: Drafting Country-Level & Regional Actions Small groups draft action plans for future initiatives integrating ESS with GLOBE activities.
12:00 pm – 12:30 pm	Onboarding scientists and scientific networks Discussion on identifying and onboarding scientists and scientific networks, and fostering connections with Country Coordinators and educators for lasting impact. Open feedback session to refine ideas and identify clear next steps.
12:30 pm – 13:00 pm	Group Reports & Consolidation Each breakout group shares key action plans. Open feedback session to refine ideas and identify clear next steps.

Wednesday, May 07^th

Finalizing the Action Plan & Next Steps

09:00 am – 09:15 am	Recap of Previous Days Review key outcomes and set the stage for final planning.
09:15 am – 10:15 am	Finalizing the Action Plan Open discussion to consolidate action plans. How CCs engage Alumni & Scientist Network in their countries. Establish objectives, timelines, and assign responsibilities for integrating ESS with GLOBE initiatives.
10:15 am – 10:30 am	Virtual Coffee Break
10:30 am – 11:30 am	Next Steps Discussion & Q&A Detailed conversation How CCs manage Funding for the Program on follow-up actions, clarification of any remaining questions, and setting up the implementation roadmap.
11:30 am – 12:30 pm	Closing Session & Wrap-Up Summary of decisions and action items. Final remarks from AP RCO & GIO. Outline post-meeting follow-up and next steps.
